		<description><![CDATA[I use a bevel gauge for this task, but I&#039;ve thought of making a dovetail square like yours. I&#039;d do two, one for 1:8 and the other for 1:8.

But after giving it some thought I never got around to it. The reason is that I prefer to have flexibility in the angles of my dovetails. It may be hardwood and I may decide I want a 1:5 angle to accentuate the joint, or use a 1:10 to make a joint that is more subtle.

On small projects it doesn&#039;t matter that much what angle you choose to use.]]></description>
